The PNPC series pipe and profile granulator/crusher has a maximum rotor width of 1400 millimeters and a diameter range of 560 to 700 millimeters. It uses a high-strength heavy-duty steel cutting chamber, fully welded and configured at a specific angle, supplemented by an extended hopper design, greatly improving feeding efficiency. This series of machines adopts standard V-shaped cutting technology to ensure high-quality output of re ground materials with extremely low fine powder content. At the same time, the standard external bearing hydraulic opening hopper design effectively reduces pollution risks and improves the overall stability and reliability of the equipment.

Conventional granulators/crushers have substantial problems handling long pipes and profiles. To feed large and bulky parts in most cases cavities or platforms are needed. Therefore Wanrooe developed the PNPC model. Thanks to the almost level feeding hopper, long pieces can be fed easily. While the machine is operating there is no risk of blocking, in case of congestion no more material will be accepted by the machine until the grinding chamber is empty and the machine will accept material again, and work continues.
