Equipment placement and grounding:

Regular maintenance check:
Regularly check the screws of the knives, after the brand new machine has been used for 1 hour, use tools to tighten the screws of the movable and fixed knives to strengthen the fixity between the blades and the knife frame.
Regularly add lubricant to the bearings to ensure the lubrication between the bearings.
Check the sharpness of the knives to minimize the unnecessary damage to other parts caused by the dullness of the blade.

Clean and replace parts:
Before starting for the second time, clean the debris left in the machine room to reduce the starting resistance.
Regularly open the inertia cover and pulley cover, clean the ash outlet under the flange to prevent the powder discharged from the crusher chamber from entering the rotor bearing.
When replacing the knives, pay attention to the gap adjustment between the movable knife and the fixed knife to ensure the cutting effect.
Daily inspection and safety:
Carry out daily inspection to check the lubrication of each lubrication part, the temperature rise and noise of each rotating part of the bearing, and the vibration of the unit.
Observe the safety operation regulations, do not overload the plastic granulator, ensure that the safety equipment (such as mechanical guards) is complete and reliable, and eliminate unsafe factors in a timely manner.
Cleaning and organizing:
Keep the equipment clean inside and outside, no oil pollution, no oil leakage, no air leakage on the sliding surface, screw, rack, gear box, oil holes and other places.
Clean up the chips, debris and dirt around the plastic granulator and keep the working environment tidy.
Tools, fittings, workpieces should be placed neatly, pipes and lines should be organized.
Lubrication and oil change:
Oil injection or oil change on time, ensure continuous oil injection, no dry friction phenomenon.
The oil pressure is normal, the oil mark is bright, the oil circuit is smooth, and the oil quality meets the relevant requirements.
New reducer running 500 hours need to replace the new oil, should be used in the future to regularly check the oil quality, for mixed impurities or aging and deterioration of the oil must be replaced at any time.
