The structure of the separation system is as follows:

Crusher: Crush PVC, rubber, PU and other fiber-reinforced hoses into 3-4mm PVC, rubber particles or PU particles, and then transport them to the air-flow sorting vibrating screen through a fan and cyclone bin;

Air sorting vibrating screen: The air cushion is designed at the bottom of the air sorting vibrating screen. Because PVC, rubber, PU and other particles have a larger specific gravity and lighter fibers, these materials are stratified. Below are PVC, rubber, PU, ​​etc., There are fibers on the top; the top of the sorting screen is designed with a vacuum exhaust pipe, and the fibers follow the exhaust channel fiber collection device!

Rubber and PVC pulverizer: The separated PVC, rubber, PU and other particles are pulverized into powder through the pulverizer, which can be mixed with new materials to produce new products because the recycled materials do not have many ratios.
