What is plastic agglomerator?

How does an agglomerator work?

The plastic agglomerator is powered by a three-phase asynchronous motor and driven by a triangular belt, which causes the dynamic knife on the fastened dynamic knife plate to form a rotating shear with the fixed knife fastened to the pot body. The thermoplastic film put into the pot body can be broken repeatedly, at the same time, due to the high-speed rotation of the rotating knife disc, so that the broken plastic pieces form a vortex state under the action of centrifugal force. The material is then slightly plasticized by the heat of friction between the material and the wall of the pot, and then cooled by the addition of water to make the material cold and agglomerated.

The plastic agglomerator is mainly used to pellet low bulk density film fragments and has the effect of dense drying. The particles can be easily transported after agglomeration.
