PET Bottle Label Remover separates the labels from the PET bottles. It is placed before a granulator to remove the labels. Depending on the compression of the bottles, approximately 80%-95% of labels can be separated through this equipment. Generally, a label separator (air classifier) is placed at the end of the process to separate the remaining labels.

The label remover is used to tear PVC labels and other plastic labels. Broken labels are separated from the PET bottles by pneumatic power in the label blower.
