Industrial Plastic Mixer PVC High Speed Mixing System

This PVC high-speed mixing system is mainly used for conveying powder material, it can adopt negative pressure, positive pressure(dilute-phase,dense-phase), metering(main material, auxiliary material), mixing and centralized storage; It can use negative pressure or screw conveying on the basis of site conditions, to distribute each material to each hopper. PLC control is used in the whole process and can realize centralized monitoring on the upper computer.

On the basis of the customer’s production process requirements and status of factory buildings, the  PVC high-speed mixing system can achieve 2000-100000Tons/year production capacity.
